What ingredients do you use for your decorated sugar cookie?

Sugar, Butter, Eggs, Vanilla Extract, Flour, Baking Powder, Salt, Cinnamon, Meringue Powder, Food Coloring.

Please note that our cookies are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and other food allergens. In case of serious allergies, please discuss this with us before placing an order.

How long do your decorated sugar cookies stay fresh?

Our decorated sugar cookies stay fresh for up to 2 weeks in their heat sealed packaging. They are best kept in a cool and dry place out of direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate the cookies as the humidity from the fridge can ruin the designs.

Our decorated sugar cookies can be frozen for up to 2 months. To freeze, keep cookies in their heat sealed packaging and place in an airtight container. When ready to enjoy again, keep cookies in the air tight container, unopened, until they come to room temperature.

For those of us with food allergies, do you offer vegan, gluten free, nut free options?

Unfortunately, our products contain ingredients such as butter, eggs, and flour but we hope to provide vegan, gluten free and nut free options at a later time. 

Orders, Pricing and Payments

I want cookies for an event. How much would so-and-so cost?

Pricing varies depending on the complexity of designs, number of colors, and size of cookies. To get an accurate quote for a custom order, please fill out our Custom Orders form. Please specify details including but not limited to designs, colors, quantity, and desired date of shipping or pickup. 

How far in advance do I need to place an order?

We recommend a minimum of two weeks notice. Custom Orders may take longer but lead time will be confirmed with pricing prior to accepting the order. We highly recommend placing your order further in advance to secure availability.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit, PayPal, and Venmo on our website. We accept cash, PayPal, and Venmo at pop ups and local events. Payment is due at the time your order is placed. 

Do you offer discounts?

We suggest following our social media pages and signing up for our Newsletter Mailing List to learn about our latest products and offers.

What is your order change policy?

We try our best to accommodate changes but we need at least one week notice for order changes. We can accommodate minor changes but major changes may require price adjustments. 

What is your cancellation policy?

14+ days prior to shipping or pickup date

50% of the total cost will be refunded in the form of initial payment

Less than 13 days prior to shipping or pickup date

No refund will be given

Shipping and Local Pickup

How do local pickups work?

We offer free contactless pickup in Millbury, Massachusetts. Full address will be provided in your order confirmation email. Your order will be available for pickup outside during your designated time slot.

How long does shipping take?

Shipped products typically take 2-3 days to arrive, but multiple options are offered for standard or express shipping during checkout. Once orders are shipped, it is out of our hands. We highly recommend taking into account a few days for possible shipping delays, particularly around peak times.
